BALLET BOOTY BOOTCAMP

One of the greatest secrets to a dancer’s body is ballet conditioning. This workout combines the grace and flexibility of ballet while creating a strong lean body. This low-impact conditioning exercise focuses on large and small muscle groups, re-shaping the body while improving posture, flexibility, and coordination. Incorporating both toning and cardio elements, this unique barre workout will lengthen and strengthen your entire body in an all new way. You will burn calories and build muscle to create flat abs, sculpted arms, a tight bottom, and firm thighs! Wear any workout wear that is comfortable, ballet shoes or barefoot is just fine. BBBC runs September - June, please check our schedule for days and times.

The Story Behind The Workout:
Professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher Angela Vital-Martowski developed this workout for herself after having her second child and not liking the way her body looked. She knew she had to go back to what her body responded to best - Ballet. In just one short month, doing this workout 4 times a week she watched her body shrink, tighten, and lose 30 pounds! She was so excited she had to share this secret with others who felt as she did just months ago. Angela is the Artistic Director of The Dance Studio and is an adjunct professor at Springfield College.
